The subject of gun ownership is a hot topic in the United
States right now. People on both
sides of the issue can get quite heated. “Discussions” of the subject can
become quite animated.
The ancient Jews trusted God but still carried weapons. The men rebuilding the city walls of
Jerusalem had this to say. “Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and set a watch
against them day and night, because of them.” Nehemiah 4:9
